Chlorine is a more powerful oxidising agent than either bromine or iodine. Similarly bromine is a more powerful oxidising agent than iodine. Bromine can remove electrons from iodide ions to give iodine - and the iodine can't get them back from the bromide ions formed.

Answer:

Fluorine is strongest oxidising agent among ozone and bromine.

Explanation:

Of course, the strongest oxidizing agent must contain fluorine which is the strongest oxidant of them all elements. Fluorine is so powerful, it can oxidize water to give hydrogen fluoride and oxygen gas: I know, kind of scary. Fluorine is potent enough that most noble gas compounds are usually fluoride compounds.
