Well, Vodka is alcohol and it is not advised as healthy to drink or consume alcohol in any way.

The effects of alcohol on our body:-

  • Whole body: blackout, dizziness, shakiness, craving, or sweating
  • Behavioural: aggression, agitation, compulsive behaviour, self-destructive behaviour, or lack of restraint

  • Mood: anxiety, euphoria, general discontent, guilt, or loneliness

  • Gastrointestinal: nausea or vomiting

  • Psychological: delirium or fear

  • Also common: physical substance dependence, problems with coordination, slurred speech, or tremor

Answer:

A fifth of vodka is equal in size to a standard bottle of wine, though it is much more potent. Drinking a fifth of vodka every day is not just unhealthy, it's downright dangerous. A fifth contains about 17 shots of vodka, which is a least eight times the recommended daily alcohol consumption limit.

For getting a little drunk, three shots of vodka are enough. If you continue to drink up to 8 to 9 shots, that's when they start getting more drunk. The upper cap for men is ten shots of vodka. Exceeding this, they will be extremely drunk.
