The weight of the electrons is negligible.

The center of the atom consists of neutrons and protons. Hence the mass of the atom is concentrated at its center

But proton and neutrons have some considerable mass. The atomic mass is given by the sum total of no. of proton and no of neutron present in an atom. As both proton and neutron are present inside the nucleus of an atom so we can say that the mass of atom is concentrated at its center i.e nucleus of an atom
