I will choose Light Yagami as he was so intelligent in the whole anime. The way he hide the death note was so great. His ambition was just to make the world peaceful and empty with bad people so, he starts to write the name of the criminals and killing them. But, one thing that was evil inside him was that he was protecting himself from the others by killing the innocent one.
