The directors are under a lot of pressure by producers.The producers give a particular budget for making a movie.The directors cannot scold lead actors because if actors would be upset their look and acting would be affected.Thus they express their anger in junior artists,makeup man,cameraman or even journalist.The director's are creators of dreams but they are also humans.
