HEYA FOLK !!!!!!!!!!

ALL STATES ARE DIVIDED INTO DISTRICTS . DISTRICTS HAVE 2 TYPES OF COURTS DISTRICT COURT AND SESSION  COURT

IN DISTRICT COURT CIVIL CASES ARE SOLVED AND IN  SESSION COURT CRIMINAL CASES AND IN SESSIONS COURT CASES ARE HEARD BY MAGISTRATE { COLLECTOR }

IF THE PERSON IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE JUDGEMENT IN DISTRICT COURT HE CAN GOT TO HIGH COURT OR SUPREME COURT

APART FROM DISTRICT COURTS THERE ARE MANY SUB COURTS THAT TRY IN SOLVING CIVIL CASES AND SMALL COURTS IN BIG TOWNS  THAT DECIDE UPTO ONLY SMALL MATTERS
