In whorled phyllotaxy, more than two leaves occur at a node. This is seen in tulsi and kaner plant.In opposite phyllotaxy, the leaves are arranged in pairs on either side of the same node. This is seen in mint and guava plant.In alternate phyllotaxy,  consecutive leaves are produced in a spiral manner around the stem. This is seen in rose plant.
