length of each side in a cube=6cm
LSA of a cube=(4a^2)
=4*(6^2)
=4*36
LSA of a cube=144 sq cm

Dimensions of a cuboid=5 cm,6cm,8cm
LSA of a cuboid=[2(l+b)*h]
=[2(5+6)*8]
=[2(11)*8]
LSA of a cuboid=176 sq cm

176sq cm>144 sq cm

Therefore,
LSA of a cuboid >LSA of a cube
