The equatorial division in which one parents cell divide to form two daughter cells.

Its divide into two groups:

Interphase

Karkoynis

Interphase is also known resting phase because nuclear divide once and chromosome remain same

And

Karkoynis are divide into four sub groups

Prophase

Metaphase

Anaphase

Telophase
