when a body changes it's position from one place to another place it is called Motion. Force is the change in shape, size or position due to any external factors . for example. when you kick a football a force applied on it and it changes it's position.

A force is a pushing or pulling action that can make things move, change direction, or change shape.
Eg: Kicking a ball
Motion is a change in position of an object over time.
Eg : Current is a motion of charges.
