eq. of the line shall be in form of y=k

y=3,
(a,b) also lie on this line, therefore
b=3
these points shall be equi-distant from line x=-2
therefore,
|-4+2|=|a+2|
a=0, -4
therefore pt (a,b) is (0,3)
