The rupees value is falling down because of inflation. Oil prices are getting higher because USA and Iran are having small fight. So the supply of oil is coming low. So the prices are increasing. Also since India is developing it is also leading to inflation.

Single most reason of rupee weakness is increasing current account deficit (imports are higher compared to exports). CAD increased to $13.5 billion(2% of GDP) in Dec-17 quarter from $8 billion(1.4%) in Dec-16 quarter.
