They want to know the temperature outside for peaceful homeostasis, they want to the threats outside for a smooth fight ot flight response, they want to know what you're eating and then transport that information to the olfactory lobe in your brain, they want tot know what you're watching and then tell it to the optic lobe in your brain. Just like the infamous aunty gossips about the lady next door to her best friend.
