ok let us multiply both the terms with 100 and see what happens
if we multiply
0.099×100 we get 9 as answer........(1)
similarly if we multiply
0.19×100 we get 19 as answer........(2)
by (1)and(2)we say that
9 < 19
therefore 0.0999<<0.199
if we multiply
0.099×100 we get 9 as answer........(1)
similarly if we multiply
0.19×100 we get 19 as answer........(2)
by (1)and(2)we say that
9 < 19
therefore 0.0999<<0.199
