It has been observed my Mr. Avogadro that there are 6.022×10²³ particles. And it is a appx. no. Of particles.

In the terms of Chemistry 1 mole always contains Avogadro number of particles.
Because,in 1865 Loschmidt used the kinetic molecular theory which established the number of particles in one cubic centimetre of any gas in STP.
And by using the results of Loschmidt's theory, later Avogadro determined the number of particles in one mole.
That's why the Avogadro number is always constant due to the Loschmidt's theory and research works
