The causes of the revolutionary disturbances in Russia in 1905 were:
(i) Due to Russia's disappointment in the Russo-Japanese War in 1904, estimates of fundamental goods rose dramatically, so that real earnings diminished by 20 percent.
(ii) At the Putilov Iron Works, dissolution of several artists caused a revolution. During the consequent events, a procession of artists was assaulted by police due to which 100 of artists perished. This was identified as 'Blood-y Sunday'.
(iii) Consequently, revolutions took place all over the nation, appearing in the production of a selected government or Duma. The revolutionists necessitated a modification in daily hours of work to fix eight hours and also progress in earnings and advancement in living standards.
