Mass of 1 atom of Na = 23 g

1 mole of Na contains = 6.022 × 10^ 23 atoms

1 g of Na will contain = 1/23 × 6.022 × 10^23 atoms

For Mg,

Mass of 1 atom of Mg = 24 g

Similarly 1 g of Mg will contain = 1/ 24. × 6.022 × 10^23 atoms

So , the no. of atoms present in 1g of Na will be a little more than that of 1g Mg
