REVISEDINSTRUCTIONS FOR THE FINAL EXAMINATIONS
IMPORTANTPOINTS FOR CLASSES I to VIIl:
1. Exams will be OFFLINE.
2. Kits containing Blank Answer Scripts to write the exams will be provided from the school.
3. AfterCLEARINGALL THE DUES, you may collect the Answer Kit from the school on the
following days:
Classes VI to VII : Wednesday 27th & Thursday 28th January 2021 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Classes I toV :Friday 29th & Saturday 30th January 2021 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
4. Exams will be held from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
5. The students are required to write answers in the answer sheets provided from the school only Besides this no other papers will be accepted for the evaluation. The same copy to be uploaded on
Microsoft Teams within the given time.
6. The answer papers have to be preserved carefully and submitted to the respective class
teachers in the school on the following days from 10:30am to 1:30 pm:
13th February for the exams conducted till 12th February 2021.
20th February for the exams conducted from 13th to 19th February 2021.
27th February for the exams conducted from 20th to 26th February 2021.
Classes I to V
Classes VI to VIlI : 13th February for the exams conducted till 12th February 2021.
20th February for the exams conducted from 13th to 19th February 2021.
3rd March for the exams conducted from 20th February to 2nd March 2021.
7. All types of questions will be included. (Subjective as well as Objective).
8. NO EXTRA TIME WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE STUDENTS. No EXAMS WILL BE
CONDUCTED AGAIN.
9. All the answer sheets should be handwritten by the student only
10. Name, Cass and Subject to be mentioned clearly on the top of the answer sheet otherwise
5 marks will be deducted.
11. Results: (Report card to be collected from the school) Class I& II
Class III &V
17th March 2021 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
18th March 2021 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. 19th March 2021 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Classes VI to VII
12. The new Academic session will begin on Tuesday 6th April, 2021.
