    For writing it in the form of p/q , we take
Let x=0.437(bar Above 7)
Multiply both sides by 100 as there are 2 digits before 7bar
       100x=43.7bar         Equation 1
Now again multiply both sides by 10,we get
       1000x=437.7bar       Equation 2

Now subtract equation 1 from 2 ,we get
        1000x-100x = 437.7bar - 43.7bar
                     900x=394
                           x=394/900
