because of it bouncy property like a rubber ball is fall on the surface it bounce
gravity is not the correct ans. because gravity is used to transport the ball from our hand to surface . in space if we throw a ball towards a wall it will bounce and come bace . some object like apple have not bounce bacause they have not the molecular structure like a rubber ball
