?Why a ball of glass will bounce higher than a ball of rubber. A ball of solid steel will bounce higher than one made entirely of glass.

the is called principle of elasticity..!!

Steel is more elastic than glass which is more than rubber..

So, more elastic thing will exert most of applied force(pressure) than that of less elastic one, (which absorb its pressure within like a buffer)
