If we blow up a balloon with normal air and put it over a burning candle, then the balloon will burst in no time.
Because the rubber gets heat from the candle and cannot bear the heat and bursts.
On the other hand if we half fill a balloon with water and put it over a burning candle the balloon willnot burst because the heat from the candle will be absorbed by the water inside and the balloon's rubber material will not get efficient heat for bursting process.
