I feel is totally incorrect. I do not understand what does it mean my “more heat”. Heat is not a stored energy, it is one the energy in transit. If you ask, internal energy stored by a body, then it is possible to answer.

Example, any body with low temperature and high specific heat (like water(l)) may have higher internal energy compared to a body kept at higher temperature with lesser specific heat.

Physical meaning, heating unit sample of water by unit K, requires more thermal energy compared to any material with lower specific heat. Hence for the same temperature, storage of thermal energy is more by the former one.
