Why a copper wire Cannot be used for making filament of bulb

a bulb consists of an evacuated glass container,with conducting support to hold a coil of fine tungstens wire.Tungsten metal has a higher resistance and abnormally high melting point. When an electric current passes through the filament,due to it's high resistance,it heats up quickly to about 2500℃.At this temperature, the tungsten filament begin to glow. up

➡️ Because copper is a very good conductor and allows electricity to pass through with very less resistance.

➡️ As the RESISTANCE is less, therefore, heat energy produced is very low
