why a extra day is added once in four years only to the month of February and not to other months

29 of Feb is a leap day which comes after 4 years as a leap year and this is added to Feb because earth dose not make a revolution in a fix time of 365 days it takes some hours also, so after 4 years those house make a day that is leap day....
