Salts of weak acids and weak bases. A saltformed between a weak acid and a weak base can be neutral, acidic, or basic depending on the relative strengths of the acid and base. If Ka(cation) > Kb(anion) the solution of the salt is acidic.

Salts are the Products of Acids and Bases.
When a Strong Acid is reacted with a Strong Base, both with the same n-factor, they form Salts of pH = 7, which means they are Neutral.
