why a filament of bulb has high melting point

Filament of bulb is made up tungsten which has high melting point bcz when it glows it produce large amount of energy with little heat energy

Because bulbs glow when heat is passed through the filament (heat generated by electricity)
therefore it is made of a metal called tungsten which is a very good conductor of heat
