why a fly inside a car in motion remains still inspite the car moving very fast

When a bug flies, it actually pushes a fraction of the air under its wing, downward to support the weight and the remaining in a direction opposite to the direction in which it wants to move. ... And, since this air moves with the vehicle, it does not have to fly at the speed of the vehicle. It just needs to push the air.
