why a gas cylinder cannot be half filled???

A gas has low molecular force of attraction and has high kinetic energy.also it does not have a fixed volume.so a gas cylinder cannot be half filled.

hey!!
here is ur answer
if a cylinder be half filled then more area to travel it has high kinetic energy the molecule of gas move in a cylinder with a high kinetic energy and it has as high kinetic energy that the chances cylinder bursting cause.
to prevent from bursting the cylinder,cylinder be fulfilled
