Why a hollow ball does not sink in a lake?

The hollow balls only have air in them . if the ball was filled with something then it gets sink in water.

Hey Friend!

Hollow balls have nothing inside them except of the air which has a low density than the water which is the lake. Thus due to the low density of air and comparatively higher density of water, the hollow ball doesn't sink in a lake rather floats.
