why a large amount of air can be pumped into the small volume of a cycle tube ?

Because the molecules of air are very far from each other and when we pump it the molecules of air come near and it stored in a small area.

air has a large amount of intermolecular space so more amount of air can be filled into it but if we go on filling it the tire will burst hope it helps have a good night..
