why a magnet has north and south pole ? why dont it have east and west pole ? please no comments .. if u r genius than must answer (don't use Google)

it has only2 ends and the magnetic lines are closed in loop

The opposite poles of two magnets attract. Therefore, when the red end of a magnet or compass is pointing north, it is because it is being attracted in that direction by the south end of another magnet (often coloured blue) – this is the imaginarymagnet inside the Earth.
