when we are a child we do not care about money, peoples opinion, exam, study, friends we fall 1000 times we have the courage to stand again. and we always excited about learning we ask lots of questions always. everything is new for us. parents play very important role in that age they give answers of all your questions.
but after a certain age our life has change .we always in worry about future ,what will happen if this thing will not i get ,what if i not crack this exam , what if and what if...................
why we care always . this happens with most of people becoz they are not intrested in their work. if you take intrest for learning something definetly their is no stress ,depression in your life.
that why people need time for self development. spend atleast 1 hour with yourself.. and just calculate where are you ? how far is your dream from now?which steps should that they will take one step closer to dreams.
do mediatation ,feel your self. ,feel the presence of yourself , do what makes you happy,put all other things at secondary place. fill positive thoughts in your subconsious mind.remeber your subconsious mind has power to change the world try to connect with your sub consious mind and that why you need peace in your life
