Fresh milk is acidic & so it turns sour easily.
So a milk man generally adds baking soda to it to make it slightly alkaline.In the presence of baking soda, milk becomes alkaline & does not
turns sour easily because the alkaline does not allow the milk to become
more acidic easily.
