why a nylon or plastic comb gets electrified on combing dry hair or on rubbing ,but metal like spoon does not?

nylons and plastic comb get electrified due to statistic force which exist between the two rubbing objects .where is a spoon does not electrified as it is well polished and requires high level of friction to do so

Wheras metal like spoon does not contain static conductors as they are good conductors of electricity.
