an owl is aable to see only at night because the galiyo present in retina of its eye make only owl visible to see at night or dark thats also why they reside in dark places

First and foremost an owl can actually see in daylight. There is a misconception that owl is blind during the day. Owls have sharp vision both during day and night. But their vision is extremely efficient during night time,spotting their prey even in pitch darkness.
