when a person hits a hard floor then he is brought to rest almost instantly. The decelaration is more so by formula of force(F=m*a) force exerted on the person is more as acceleration(declelaration is negative acceleration)is more.So a person experiences a higher force which is exerted on him.In sand he is brought to rest in more time,so negative acceleration is less,so force is less.Pls Mark as brainliest.

well a person falling on the hard floor beacuase its hard or he falls on concrete he will get injuries.if the person falls on a heap of sand from the same height because he is brought to rest in a longer time and lesser force that's why he does'nt get hurt that much.
hope this hepls u!
