The AIDS disease is caused by a virus Known as HIV ( HUMAN IMMUNE VIRUS ) which harms our immuse system, so our disease resistance shield of the body is broken, so we cannot fight even small infections.

because aids directly attacks the immune system of human body
after which it can't further resist even a small infection to occur.
