Why a person with blood type O -ve can give blood to a person with blood type O +ve but can't receive from that person ?​

A person with O - ve blood type can give blood to any person because O - ve blood is independent of Rh factor..i.e it lacks the antigen which is found in almost 83% of humans...so if there is no antigen, it will adapt with the blood of another person without causing any harm..
