why a photon coming from a large distance in light years comes in many year to us but form photon perspective it doesn't experience time at all how this is possible that for photon it is arrived instantly but for us it take several years..????

to tell you this in short when the velocity of particle increases its mass increases and the time experienced by photon relative to a resting object increases too
