why a photon coming from a large distance in light years comes in many year to us but form photon perspective it doesn't experience time at all how this is possible that for photon it is arrived instantly but for us it take several years..????

well for starter you need to know about special relativity and effect of gravity on time
to tell you this in short when the velocity of particle increases its mass increases and the time experienced by photon relative to a resting object increases too
you can it's the same case when you try to orbit a black hole due to its immense mass the gravity is so strong that the time will move slower there
