The big dipper like a great big hour hand , goes full circle around Polaris in one day....
The little dipper is tougher to see in the night sky than the Big Dipper...
But if you see the big differ pointers stars to look at Polaris, you will be closer to see the Little Dipper.....

It appears in the spring season...
