Why a ray parallel to pricipal axis passes through focus

Because the Ray coming from the light source when parallel to the principal axis gets reflected by the mirror and passes through the focus from the center of curvature......this. Happens usually for the convex mirrors and concave mirrors lens don't divert or convege the Ray's to the Fi or the 2Fi or F2 or 2F2
