Solutions are always clear. ...Clear merely means that thesolution is transparent to light. When a solution is allowed to stand undisturbed for a long period of time, no crystals of solute settle out, provided the solvent is not allowed to evaporate.

It is always clear because the solute completely mix with the solvent and no suspended particles are seen.
