Why a structure with a negative charge on the more electronegative atom will be more stable

if the atoms in a molecule have an incomplete octet or have charge separation then … the negative charge is more stable on a more electronegative atom (like N,O) and positive charge on a less electronegative atom.

it will be more stable as it can fill up its orbit more easily and try to complete its octate faster.
