why a tetrahedral complex of type[MA2B2] does not show geometrical isomerism?

Well, an isomer is a molecule that can be arranged differently but still keep the same composition. 

Something that is AX2E2 (which is how I learned it) is the same, no matter how you arrange it. If you had a stick-and-ball model, no matter how you put that molecule together, you turn it the right way and it still looks the same.
