Glacial Acetic Acid is in pure form and it doesn't dissociate into ions. Therefore, it cannot conduct electricity.

Dilute Acetic Acid contains water, so it slightly dissociates and forms a small amount of ions. So it can conduct electricity.

vlad: nope....acetic acid is a organic compound which has covalent bont it can dissociate in water to form partial -ve and partial +ve ions but unable to conduct electricity..

Acetic acid is a poor conductor of electricity as it does not dissociate into ions when electric current is passed through it.
