Why acid contains H+ion

Hydrochloric acid splits into Hydrogen and chlorine ions.H+ means acid solution.The ratio is 1:1 with equal parts.So,there are too many H+ ions it is acid.

》》Any acid have H+ ions which conducts electricity.

Acid has the property of having H+ ions and base/alkaline have the property of containing OH- ions
