Acid Bases And Ions All Have a + charged and - charged species (for ions cation and anion)
Now When A Small cation is taken it undergoes more hydration by the H20 Molecules make it bulkier and remain as ions
That is Smaller the cation more the hydration and less mobility .So For getting hydrated they must exist as ions
Example=NaOH Very Strong Base Exists as Na+OH-
