why adding sugar in milk doesnt increases its level ? where does sugar goes ?

Sugar Get Dissolved In Water and that's why the water level do not increases but it's not true it increases but very slightly .

the sugar got into the intermolecular (or just molecular) distances of milk..... as the particles of a liquid are not tightly packed....
