Adrenaline (epinephrine) hormone is known as the 3F hormone for the following reason -

• Adrenaline hormone is released in our body during the exciting things happening things in our surroundings.

This exciting things includes -

1) Fright.

2) Flight.

3) Fight.

• The above mentioned three circumstances are the major situations when our body releases adrenaline and all of these three situations starts with "F" letter.

That's why adrenaline is also known as the 3F hormone.

Adrenaline is one of the hormone which is secreted from the ‘medulla of the adrenal glands’. The adrenaline hormone is known as the three ‘F hormone’ since it is involved in the three emotions of human being which are ‘fight, flight and Fright’.
